Wildcat Property Management began in 1993. The backbone of the business has been Anderson Village on 16th Street and Anderson Avenue in Manhattan, Kansas. This acquisition was the beginning of providing quality student housing for Kansas State University students.

For the past 30 years, WPM has built and owned numerous properties that have provided exceptional housing with all the comforts of home to many students and young adults within this community. Today, our focus has shifted towards commercial tenant improvements and property management. WPM only manages properties we own, so our ‘pride of ownership’ ensures that all of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
